Part 6 - Discipline
6.1. Any violation of the show rules are strongly prohibited and a disciplinary case can be initiated. The Good Standing (see 1.14) status of the host club can be cancelled.
6.2. Any violation of the show rules by a judge or judges the disciplinary case can be initiated. The Good Standing (see 1.14) status of the host club can be cancelled.
6.3. Clubs violating the rules and at bad standing with other clubs and/or communities may be discouraged from hosting a Winner Show or World Show or any other club activity.
6.4. Following charges apply for late show report result uploading;
6.4.1. An additional fee of 60 EUR is charged for payments and document uploads between day 31 and 59 after the show
6.4.2. An additional fee of 150 EUR is charged for payments and document uploads between day 60 and 89 after the show
6.4.3. An additional fee of 300 EUR is charged for payments and document uploads between day 90 and 119 after the show
6.4.4. Payments and document uploads delayed by upwards of 120 days are not accepted, the relevant case is forwarded to the Disciplinary Commission.
6.4.5. In any case of late result uploading the disciplinary case can be initiated. The Good Standing (see 1.14) status of the host club can be cancelled.
6.5. In any violation of rules the disciplinary case can be initiated. The Board may impose the following disciplinary penalties:
- warning,
- reprimand,
- monetary fine
- temporary ban on participation in all, some, or one event;
- suspension of membership in the WOC for up to two years with the suspension of all licenses issued to the member;
- suspension of the judge's license for up to two years.
6.6. Membership fee payment; The membership fee must be paid without reminders by February 28 of the current year. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate loss of voting rights until the full membership fee is paid. New members of the WOC pay the annual membership fee within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase of membership. The disciplinary case will be initiated. The Good Standing (see 1.14) status of the host club can be cancelled.
6.6.1. If the payment is delayed, the following penalties are imposed;
6.6.1.1. Delay of payment for a period of 5 to 60 days inclusive-a fine of 10% of the fee not paid in time;
6.6.1.2. Delay of payment for a period of 61 to 120 days inclusive-a fine of 30% of the fee not paid on time;
6.6.1.3. Delay of payment for a period of 121 to 210 days inclusive-a fine of 50% of the fee not paid on time;
6.6.1.4. Payment delays of more than 211 days are an exception.
